Sounds familiar. I have high bp, and definitely have some "anxiety issues". I have been offered "nerve pills" of varying descriptions for nearly a quarter century, and have always turned them down. Yeah, there are real life situations that are "tough" for me to deal with sometimes, but I muddle through. I prefer that to walking around like a zombie all the time. I also suspect that there are TONS of people like me who just have to figure it out each day. Nobody promised me that life would be a rose garden, and I have little or no time to sit around feeling sorry for myself.
