Default Venom Steel

I've tried many brands of nitrile gloves over the last ten years or more and Venom Steel are the best. Six-mil, two layer, textured and easy to remove to re-use. They sell "one size fits most" at stores but by mail in several sizes.

Amazon has them for over $100/ box of 500, but plug that part number into the AutoZone web site and you'll see them for about 2/3 of that. With free delivery.

The "textured" part is for when you are doing a prostate exam on yourself.

Wrong-o. Petroleum is readily absorbed through the skin into the bloodstream.

And thin gloves keep my hands warm when working the cold. I worked about 6 hours in 40F weather, grinding old Rusty Jones off, cleaning a gas tank inside and outside, sanding, painting, then installing the tank.

Bloodstream Mudstream. I've been washing my hands in decade for gasoline for years with no issues. They said it may cause baldness...hey wait a minute!

Where I am, gloves make your hands sweat and the moisture makes the skin waterlogged and it tears, even with the callouses I have. So I just go without. I have used them in the past for really nasty jobs and they do save a lot of mess and clean up. In your colder climate, a good call. I was just giving you a hard time with mis-spelled insults because I am in STS withdrawl. Not a lot of illiteracy around here anymore.

These ones in Amazon, Venom steel are inferior to these ones. They are so strong that I have re-used a pair for a few days.

Only pussies wear latex gloves to work on well anything.
With that said I've worked in a cleanroom for coming up on 30 years so I have to wear them everyday. I've hated every second of it so it's a relief to get home and wrench on the Vette without wearing gloves.

I like a little petroleum in my blood stream. Break Cleaner is great too. Throw in a little gear lube and I'm good.

Before Zanfel came along, my go-to cure for poison ivy rash was to scrub the area raw with a rag and gasoline. Burns like hell, but dries that shit up fast.
