ND team is staying at the Omni Hotel here on the island. Lots of their obnoxious fans as well. We played golf yesterday and got paired with a father & son from SC. We assured them we'll be watching and rooting for SC.

The final of the FSU-OK game yesterday was particularly satisfying.

Pretty certain ALL OF YOU watched the best team in CFB last evening, and are still too awestruck to comment.

FSU is a BEAST, best team in CFB the past two months, QB has one more year, if they can fix that awful defense they could contend.

While I partially jest, very glad to see the improvement vs. last year, and a bowl win, which they should have won by 21, but hey, a win is a win is a win.

I hope the remaining games are this entertaining!!

I really see little value in won-loss records of conferences in bowl games, maybe fun to reference, but most only care about who takes the FBS trophy home.

Most are concerned with the winners, not the also-rans.

With that said, I respect the PAC-12, some good teams, they never get the air time or press they deserve, that will never change,,, their quality this year is very high, and their games are very entertaining, USC has a great offense that cannot be stopped, I would like to see them beat Tulane by 30+.

It will really suck if USC and UCLA leave, and will be worse once Utah and Oregon get invites from other conferences, I hope they can stay together, but as in all things, only the money matters.

The SEC will continue to get the notority above all others, until a conference can with it all consistently for 5+ years, which I doubt will ever happen, as most of the 5-star and 4-star recruits in their states tend to select an SEC school--very few go North or West.

Other conferences held the title for a while.
It's just that the SEC has been the most dominant conference since Y2K, with Bama/Saban leading the way...
