I hate my ****ing home builder!! The fuse for the washing machine just started tripping. So I was thinking maybe it’s the washing machine. I unplug it, still tripping. The fuse gives me 4 red blinks which means over-voltage. With nothing connected to that outlet, any thoughts what is causing the over-voltage?

Must be, also could be electric company raising line voltage to cover new construction developments but more breakers would be lit up. I take it the washing machine is 120v?

Bad breaker wouldn't increase incoming voltage, that's limited from supply line source.
I'd suspect bad transformer supplying feed into home.
Call you electric provider and tell them what you're breaker is telling you.

Yes the washing machine is 120v. And I lied, it’s not over voltage, it was ground fault. Not the breaker isn’t lighting up at all. So I pulled a Porter. I pulled the washing machine out from the wall and had to climb over it to unplug it. It’s about 5’ tall with the stand. Well I fell headfirst behind the thing. ****ed up my neck even more and cut the shit out of my knees trying to get right side up. **** this day.
