I can attest the fencing makes it not a cheap option. And I didn’t even fence in a lot. Just enough for the dogs to run around.

I went through a similar thing last year: New place with more lawn, didn't want to walk it.
I ended up with a Deere X330 w/42" mower deck, & am pretty happy with it. Easy to maneuver, which I was concerned about. I did add a spinner knob to the steering wheel, which helps a lot going around small planting areas, sharp turns, etc. I used it a lot with a cart when we spread 200 bags of mulch around. Made it a lot easier than carrying the bags, or using a wheelbarrow. |

WTF cuts weeds semi monthly, or monthly? That ain't grass, it's weeds. FIL lived in Leesburg for 10 years. He even had a sprinler system installed to water his weeds 3 times a week. What Floridians call grass, Mid-westerners call crab-grass. Tons upon tons of fertilizers with crab grass killer are sold in this region. |
