Robert Hunter, long-time lyricist for Jerry Garcia and sometimes for Bob Weir, attended the University of Connecticut for one year, before moving back to CA where he was from. He did volunteer for a program to study the effects of LSD and other drugs at Stanford University, which some have claimed was "run" by the CIA. I have never read anything about any relationship between Hunter and Harvard.

I saw it on one of the MKL Ultra or Unabomber documentarys..
It would have made sense though, if you listen to the GD..
