Blech.
Have you tried the Japanese? Here’s everything you need to know and more. We usually do a pork tenderloin instead of chicken. https://www.thevettebarn.com/forums/...ad.php?t=30748 |

Both of my DIL are Asian. Both are serious cooks. Both are very petite and can eat like a 250 Lb man.

I knew I forgot something!
Part of the 1 pt deduction. No chasu (pork belly) or ajitsuke tamago (soy marinated soft boiled egg). But the white disky looking thing with a pink curly q is a fish cake (kamaboko) so I avoided a full 2 pt deduction. I’m sure it is. |

I never soft boil my eggs... I just crack two raw eggs directly into the piping hot broth. I’ve done it that way forever.. probably learned it from my mother.

We do the raw egg thing for sukiyaki. Been thinking of making it. Looks easy enough. Watched my mom do it a hundred times. Need an electric skillet first. |

The ramen I eat is called Maggi, an Indian noodle. The chit is good.
