Default My Feelings About Texas Remain Solid.
I've been here in the DFW area since Monday and been out and seen a lot of places. Everything from the usual tourist things to just some mundane grocery shopping today.

The last time I was here was thirty years ago, and although much has changed, like traffic being worse, etc, one thing has not changed. These are the friendliest people I have ever encountered anywhere I've been. Not just the VB gang at Coopers last night, but everybody. Thank you, Texas, for making us feel at home and welcome.

It is a friendly place, and I love being in Texas. Although you see some things that make you shake your head--you drive for 2 hours across the prairie and don't see a house or a person, then you see a school roughly the size of Memphis, or people keeping camels in their pasture just outside of Dallas--all in all it's a great place. Good food, affordable housing, jobs galore--it's hard to beat.

Most of our business is with a family owned company from Texas.
We've been with them for 23 years and love to visit. They are like family to us.
