Why was a social services counselor close by to stop this horrible crime? They have all the necessary tools and training to make sure there is an end to all violence without police intervention.

Houston Tx has not had a republican mayor since 1982. The people have the society and the government they voted for the past 40 years. Now they have to enjoy the hell they have created.

In my case, I don't have the mayor I voted for because the way the county and city are structured, I live in an unincorporated area of Harris county. This means I get all the benefits *cough* of a POS mayor, without the ability to vote for, or against them.
