Default Jynx at 8.5 months

remember this critter... our Bengal kitten "Jynx"?

the week we brought him home, his mother on the bed:

sadly we had to return the mommy "Vega", she couldn't get along with our other cats no matter when we tried.

Jynx is now 8.5 months, and behaves like a true Bengal cat. He's more like a dog in some ways.

here is a 35mb video of him playing fetch with a wadded-up piece of paper:
(it may take a little time to load):

on Youtube as well, not as good of quality though:

Nice cats Tim. A good friend has a couple Bengals. They are a very dominate cat and super good climbers. He has a post & beam house like ours and you never know where you will find the cats.

We now have 3 Maine Coons so we spend a lot of time with cats our selfs. They like Bengals exhibit dog like behavior! Have had a total of 7 Coons over the course of the last 20 years!

Enjoy! - Dave!

Some 40 years ago, my ex had a Golden Retriever and a black cat...she moved into the apt building I was in....2nd floor, I was on the 11th floor....her ex shoved some meat under the door that had like a inch or so of open space for some odd reason....and poisoned the Golden.....after that she wanted a kitten of same color....so we looked through the papers, and found that kitten and at her place, the kitten was NOT LIKED AT ALL by the older black cat.....

SO, I adopted the kitten for a while, and so found that kitten really loved being picked up and held in one hand, just setting there....I had a slick wood floor with maybe a few small rugs around....so from the hallway to the back bedroom out across the living space, and into the kitchen area was a long slick floor, so kitten became a BOWLING BALL, I would pick it up and gently toss him maybe the length of the hell, the further and further....he would slide on his feet, and come running back for more.....funny as hell, the ex could not believe it, and I was surprised it liked that too.....

the cat got it's name not long before that.....name...?? 4 wheel drive....4 wheel for short......why???

because when we first got him, he was in my arms in her apt. and the black cat spooked him, he DUG IN all 4 wheels and took off, leaving two red patches on each arm......right there we decided his name.....
