Take a look at any fed spending bill, a highly disproportinate amount will always go to blue states.
Last one I viewed RI was getting 4X per capita vs. FL.
When you go to a state like RI it is easy to determine that 100% of state and local tax dollars have been stolen by the 100% socialist pols for decades, as all things are falling apart.
