Silently? Not that I know of. Quietly enough that it would be hard to hear over the din of all that traffic in the background? I think so.

That was tempered glass, as all car windows are. I have a small tool I keep in my glove box that has a blade to cut a seat belt, and a moderately sharp point for breaking tempered glass if someone is trapped in a vehicle. I am sure that with the right preparations, I could break your window with it so quietly that with all that background noise, you wouldn't hear it if you weren't paying attention.

You can bust a car window out with a little piece of ceramic from a spark plug. I worked for a body shop much earlier in life and saw it being done to damaged windshields that were pulled. Didn't even have to throw the ceramic pieces very hard. It just makes a popping sound, not really loud at all.
