Oh, it gets even better. In a statement made later to "clarify her remarks", her spokespuke said "What she meant was clips, not magazines. Clips don't have a feeding mechanism and therefore can't be reloaded."

I'm paraphrasing because I'm too lazy to look it up. This is no state rep, this is an actual congress critter who gets elected every two years with roughly the same vote count of a third world dictator in the Denver area.
