He has Presidential immunity, if they dems are successful pulling Presidential immunity from Trump, then by those standards, Biden should be allowed to be sued for this. A lot riding on what happens over the next few months.

NYC AG Fat Albert Alvin Bragg let the guy go after he was arrested for child endangerment in NYC.

Lots of blame to go around. And Trump, once again, is proven right. What we're seeing is the Mariel Boatlift on steroids. 3rd World shitholes are dumping their criminals and their mentally ill. There's also a suspiciously high number of military fighting age males from places like China. I'm sure that won't be a problem later on.

For what? Anti-discrimination laws prevent landlords from refusing people based on them being illegal. A city near Dallas tried that a few years ago and got slapped. As far as employment, if you question someone's documents, that's also illegal discrimination thanks to whoever thought protecting illegals in the US was a good idea.
