The .gov has ruined this country. Americans are still the greatest, and personally, I would like to see us take ourselves back to the forefront. But, we can't do that as long as we outsource all of our decent paying jobs, spend every last tax dime on welfare and military spending, and give every stinkin' shithole as well as the UN money we don't have. I don't want to live anywhere else, but we need to pull it together before we turn into some third world country.

It a liberal rant about the failings they see in America all caused by their polices. The educational levels he points to are all due to the failure of our system since 1979 when the DoE came into existence.

Well put! Perhaps one day Americans will wake up and realize, "Hey...we're out of money. We need to do something about it." But when, in about 2040, this Country will be majority Hispanic/Black/Other I don't know if it will matter to them. (BTW, I don't mean the reference to non-Whites as racist. It is only a generalization, but it is based upon voting habits.) I suppose that will be when it gets ugly; Pass laws to re-distribute all wealth by force. That could be when we have a Civil War over something worth fighting about.

It will take some isolationism to get us out of debt. I know that's not favored by the experts, but it's going to be a necessary step at least for a while. That means we'll have to stop defending every little Country from invaders; we simply can't afford the cost. Without fighting foreign wars, our defense spending will be well under control. Isolationism will also rid us of buying goods from Countries producing things at subsistent wages. Eventually, though, when we have regained control of our finances we can re-enter the World economy.

Since I'm from Mississippi, racism is expect from me, so I'll say this: You ain't never seen how fiercely a well-off Southern boy will fight to protect his money from being stolen by the Gubmint.
