This is an older story. The parents were probably OK with it because they hoped their son would marry her and thus, get citizenship. Once he has his green card, then citizenship, he can apply to get his parents legal.....chain migration, something Trump was fighting hard to stop.

I recall a few decades ago they had a case like that here in H-Town.....two illegals, an 18 year old boy and 14 year old girl (or close to those ages, can't recall exactly)....Romeo and Juliet. They arrested the 18 year old boy and when he was paraded for the cameras, he had a confused, deer in the headlight look. Kid couldn't figure out what it is he did wrong, because back in the Old Country, that was just called an ordinary Tuesday.

That reads like the judge and jury and lawyers all witnessed the teacher having sex with the kid, and the kid lasting about 15 minits.....
