They (the MSM) slow-walked the popular vote call specifically so they could gin up a reason for their fans to whine, stomp, and riot. But the ruse can only be held off for so long. I think even they are afraid of how far their payed protesters will go.

It's because they still haven't counted about 8% of the votes in states he won bigly. Also they are trying to keep the actual number lower than Hillary's for as long as they plausibly can. Because MSM.
