Default I need to stop working under the table...

good lawd my knees hurt. I'm gettin too old for this stuff (and no, nobody was sitting at the tables playing smiles you preverts).

Been building out a new computer lab/class room that has to be done by Friday afternoon. All new furniture, wiring and computers. Just the physical set up has been a pain. Fortunately, I'm about ready to start imaging all of the computers and that will put me back sitting on my ass at a desk.

I have had my knee replaced. Kneeling down now is like torture. As a long time construction worker/welder many times we did low or very close to floor work. It was a bit uncomfortable but workable. No pads do not help much!

Since my new knee I do as little as possible kneeling down. Find I'm hiring out a lot of work that I did myself in the past. Glad I retired on a good pension!

He is paying for it now.

Being I only have one kidney (cancer survivor) and its firing at 35% I'm severely, limited to what meds I can take. As far as pain relief its basically just Tylenol and that has a low limit as its a well known liver eater.

For the most part the only pain relief I had after my new knee was the ice water bladder that was on my knee and the occasional Tylenol. It was a rather interesting first week but at that point the pain became easier to live with.

23 years of heavy aircraft maintenance in the AF made sure both my knees are spent. Kneeling is 100% torture and I have to pull myself up by whatever I can grab ahold of.

I only had both hips replaced. Both knees were arthroscopically cleaned out
