He knew he was going to pay a premium to get coffee handed to him by an attractive woman in a bikini. If he wanted reasonably priced coffee handed to him by a random ugly woman, he could have just gone to McDonald's.

The customer is in the wrong here. Was that coffee hot? What kind of burns could that have caused? Eye damage? Dude got off light if all he has to do is replace his windshield.
