1) we hired on education and job history--no one cared about dei
2) those you hired did their jobs and did not go home until the job was finished

As part of a failure investigation, I participated in some "discovery" conducted there. It was dangerous, dirty and smelly, so probably good it is where it is. I always imagined studios to be a bit more pleasant.
