In town for Formula One. Did the Pit Walk today. Weather should be nice. Low 90’s for the weekend. Red Bull’s garage was the busiest. Last pic shot as we were walking out. Guessing this is a display car of sorts.

My wife and I are going as guests of Mercedes-Benz, although I can't stand Hamilton. Flying from San Antonio on a helicopter that a family friend owns. Should be a good time.

I wish I had some! We'll be in the Mercedes guest suite, with full access to the pits before and after the race.

Watched many races from Turn 1. My company did some work for COTA before the track opened and the drilling contractor we recommended is a huge F1 fan and he bartered for 8 seats to every event for 10 or 20 years plus some cash (to the contractor). Turns 13 -18 are much better than Turn 1 for seeing action.

Honestly, the GT/Cadillac Challenge/Vintage races are more fun without the crowds and euro trash. Supercars was great too; Australia's version of NASCAR.

Probably too late, but a limo is a good way to get to and from the track. Drink your way there and back. Pick up/drop off at your front door.

I agree that the grandstands over near turns 16 and 17 are better to see more action. Got these tickets from a good friend for free.

This is why F1 needs to get a ****ing grip.

The Delegate’s Report stated that: “The skids located in the area -825 ≥ XR ≥ - 1025 are found to be not in compliance with Article 3.5.9 e) of the 2023 Formula One Technical Regulations.”

I raced for years and understand the cheating, or "pushing the envelope", as cheaters are liking to say.

If you have rules so specific, then why does Red Bull win every race? Verstappen is a freak talent, but him winning every race is a joke.

Cheaters need to be suspended for the next three races, and their teams docked 100 points.
Once you allow cheaters to slide, your sport goes to shit.

Max is just that much better than all the rest,,,
