The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prevents the government from making laws which regulate an establishment of religion, or that would prohibit the free exercise of religion, or abridge the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, the freedom of assembly, or the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. It would appear that the OP is anti US Constitution ?
It's funny how no one here is complaining about the POTUS lying through his teeth about a rigged election and other things, when in fact, he LOST BIG. No one is complaining about the POTUS spreading toxic propoganda using the MSM at his pleasure and using The White House as a platform to lie to the MSM.
To me, that is disgusting.
It's a double edged sword.
Someone has to keep people accountable.
