Nope.
EQ hasn't used a VPN, and is located on the opposite side of the country (not posting more detailed info than that). I've no evidence that suggests he's a previously-banned member, but IF he is, there's only one I recall from that general area, a C4Gen guy, you probably wouldn't know the name anyways.
Mr.Bigg (removed back in March) however, was an exact IP match to AF2.
