Because George Soros. At any rate, since WI, MI, and PA have all certified their votes and Trump won any recount done must finish before the deadline of I think Dec. 13th. If the recount isn't done by that time, doesn't matter because the original count was already certified. All three states have margins larger than any recount has ever overcame in US history.
