Stores around here putting chains with a 25cent piece as key, so they all pushed one into the other outside as normal, but the separate them have to insert a quarter so unhook it, PIA, the worst being that need walk it back from lot if a large load, and lots of folks leave it out anyway.....need more cart drops through the lot,
AND too boot, learn how to design a damn parking lot.....jeez.....
