Wife took the car out and killed the battery.
She took it to the dealer for a battery replacement (did not tell me)
Next day we start getting Low Battery messages.
I call the dealer and they say bring it in and we will look at it right away.
I take the car in and Service adviser says there are other cars ahead of me for diagnostic service. I told him they just replaced the battery and I think it’s related to that. This dick made it clear he didn’t care. Said it would probably be a day or two until they could look at it
They had the car two days and finally called and gave me some BS story about fault codes etc and charged me $200 for diagnostics.
I ended up paying the $200 just to get my car out of there but they lost a customer and I have made it my mission to tell people here not to buy there or get service there
