I remember the Florida Bush/Gore "hanging chad" challenges by the Gore lawyers.
If a chad was still hanging onto the ballot by even a miniscule fiber, these assholes
claimed they could tell by the way it hung if a voter was unconvinced
or confused with his vote and it could either be cast out or given to the opponent!
