What pisses me off is them killing enough animals to fill a landfill but if I get caught doing it to my own rather than paying them to do it for me it's off to jail? Issue is the animals were going to be picked up and need not be killed regardless of the reasons behind it.
Real issue is people don't take care of thei animals nor take seriously having animals.
There has been a surge of abandoned animals now that kung flu restrictions have been lifted and govt money went away. People see having a pet like having shoes, throw away when don't want them anymore.
