Received an email from the Hilton True hotel in Oxford MS. It had a copy of “my portfolio” for a three night stay. Problem is, I have never been to Oxford MS. It referenced an AEX that charges were billed too. I immediately checked my two AEX cards and it did not match either. Went on line and checked both accounts and no charges listed. The bill showed my name, address and my HH account number. Only thing I can figure is somehow when the reservation or check in was done, they got the HH account wrong. Wonder if I will get the credit for the stay?
