The .Gov is not suppose to help ANYONE. But because it does it "Helps" the few by taking from the many. No one is actually "Helped" it just transferring money while the government gets to keep their piece and use it to grow their power.
.gov job is to insure the playing field is level so you can have Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness.
Nothing more, nothing less.
