I didn't read any of the above comments.
Hubs is an LEO for 30 years. He said this was a clear case of murder. There are strict rules for restraining suspects for good reason. Larger people do poorly when placed in the prone position with arms behind back and having any weight placed on neck or back, have a higher likelihood of experiencing respiratory distress.
Plain and simple, once this man was cuffed and restrained, the actions of that officer were inexcusable.
I am the first to support an officer or ask for ALL the information to be gathered before making a judgment. But in this case, no matter WHAT happened prior to the 7 minute video of him NOT resisting while being handcuffed ..... really doesn't matter.
It was murder.
