Outside of the usual common sense precautions, The only change I have made is to take a leave of absence from volunteering at the hospital. I read this morning that some VA hospitals have shut down their volunteer programs. I needed a break anyway.

About 90% of the procedures performed at our hospital are elective. Mostly Colonoscopies and Cataracts. It's probably only a matter of time until people start postponing them (I would) or the hospital shuts them down because the staff is needed elsewhere if this this thing does get worse.
