Neither did any of the dealers that you linked. Your idiotic argument is exactly the equivalent of someone walking up to Burger King and ordering without looking at the menu... and then claiming that Burger King lied.
Burger King puts out ads all the time that don't apply at certain times. Coupons that in the fine print say things like "eat in only" or "1 coupon per customer".
This is misleading to anybody who doesn't read the fine print, unethical, and should be regulated by the government.
That is really what you are arguing.
