If there was another rooftop Korean episode, there would be mass arrests of the Koreans. Look what happened to the McCluskeys in St. Louis....they had to both plead guilty to misdemeanors and forfeit their guns to finally end their persecution by a Soros D.A. And they're rich lawyers who had the will and the money to fight.
The blm and antifa are state sponsored and state protected. You don't just stop them from rioting, burning an looting, unless you want an arrest record and a relentless legal assault against you.
