I'm the one that has to insist that they follow our SOPs, they keep violating safety related requirements if it involves how many people are required to perform a task. Management acts as if they didn't know about these requirements and only acknowledge them when I state that "such and such SOP requires 2 people for this task". They'll act as if they didn't know that, but they do!!
Another thing that's really pissed me off is that they are bringing a supervisor in from another area whose position has been eliminated. They are placing him over me when I have better qualifications and experience in this position.
