All the aches & pains, as others have mentioned, and the longer time to recover, heal, etc. My knees are really bad; ortho doc says I'm a prime candidate for replacements, but I want to put it off as long as possible. Less likely to need them done again in my lifetime, and better techniques may come along while I'm procrastinating.
What has bothered me most recently about getting older is realizing how many of my contemporaries have passed on. I'm 71, and many members of my high school class are gone, as are several of my similarly-aged co-workers from before I retired.
