The exact opposite is the case. Insiders are saying they found
thousands of Hillary's emails on an unsecured computer that was used by Carlos Danger to surf rather interesting websites. If even one of those contained classified information Comey would have had no choice but to reopen this investigation. Plus Wiener doesn't have immunity! Not that that really matters much in this case. Something in these emails is so toxic, so damning, that it literally forced Comey's hand.
