Again the governor increases mask requirements; and I could see the increase of mask wearers. 8-10 days later:
new cases higher than ever before
Governor makes statewide mask requirement; and I witness that 98% of people now wearing masks. 8-10 days later:
new cases reach highest level than ever before.
and yet another 8-10 days later:
new cases increase at alarming rate.
