Story I saw claimed it's because of a bacterial infection. Nobody goes into hiding because of a bacterial infection.
Strange that they're apparently OK with dying from AIDS but having big nasty sores all over their face put the brakes on their faggotry so quick. If it wasn't for broken logic they wouldn't have any at all.
