Update: So I called the toll authority customer service center this morning. I gave the rep the license plate and she verified that there is nothing in their system. Despite the website clearly stating that it may take 3 - 5 days for the transaction to show up and to call CS after 7 days, the rep told me it might take up to 10 days and to call back next week.

How ****ing inefficient/incompetent is that tolling system? How the **** could it possibly take 10 days? I drive a toll road to work every day and my tolls show up in my account within hours. Do they even have OCR on their license plate cameras, or do they have a bunch of sweatshop workers manually reviewing videotapes and writing down license plates, then manually keying that data into the system? And why don't the instructions on the web site reflect reality?
