My friend Paulie was a smart one in using real meanings too. He put an E5 female in charge of the load/unload crew. His reasoning was simple. She was a great worker and had a million watt smile. The loads (Loadmasters, who are in charge of the cargo on the aircraft and usually male) responded very well to a young, cute female load team chief who also did a great job.
