Do you use Dark Soy Sauce?
I get bbq'ed pork from a place here and they never give you enough sauce on take out.
I replicated the sauce at home and it's the same as you posted but with no ginger.
I can't stand the taste of ginger so i don't use it.
It's also a great sauce to use as a marinade if you add a little sesame oil.
Now I'm hungry for bbq'ed pork.
