That's what the issue is with the indictment and why so many in Bragg's office are pleading with him to not embarrass them. Trump is basically begging to be arrested at this point so that he can basically shred them in court and make a mockery of the office, all while super energizing his base. That clown Bragg can't even tell when he's being played even though the rest of the country has seen Trump play this game so many times previously.

I understand your point. But if they decide to indict it will be on the fact that it doesn’t really matter that there was an NDA or that the timing was driven by her. If it was rules to have an impact, which I suspect will be hard to prove, it’s a felony.
