No noise in park or neutral, All others yes.

You can test this easily, with the car on the ground, by placing the car in Drive, holding your foot on the brake, and giving it just a LITTLE throttle to bring the RPMs up off normal idle some (at/near/not over 1000 RPM). Does the noise remain or disappear?
