Seeing how all you BLM supporters are doing.
Me and 100 of my best friends got laid off due to the Covid thing back in April. So I'm thoroughly enjoying working on the new house. Son graduated from Arkansas in December, and I finished my Master's in May, so no more checks to Universities unless it's for football tickets. Down to one car (yes, ONE).
I also started volunteering at one of the Municipal Golf Courses. I work for 8 hours a week, basically schlepping carts around and marshaling (Hey asshole! Get back on the cart path!), and I can play as much golf as I want for free. Cart included.
Will I go back to work? Ehhh...
Gonna have a few past and current Barn people over for some birthday hors d'oeuvres and wine tonight. I turned 60 but feel...60.
Speaking of free golf...the course is calling.
