About a month ago I hit a really big buck on the way out to my dark site to take photos. Luckily I was in the wife's Acrua RLX (big sedan) and not the Corvette, which I've taken there numerous times. Centered him right between the headlights at ~75 mph. Had I been in the Vette, afraid I might have had venison tar-tar smothered in windshield chunks for dinner. Acura was totaled but took good care of me... not a scratch or bruise. Sobering to think what might have happened in the Vette.
