Lower in USA due to multi drug treatments and now preventative medications. NOT due to responsible condom use. Starting to see a common denominator here..... MEN seem to have a hard tome following directions.

So AIDS was another one of those diseases which we did not know everything about it the day we discovered it. Must have been a hoax then.
