The biggest problem Trump (if elected) will face is the massive number of liberal .Gov workers working. It's one thing to put forth an agenda, it's another to get unwilling employees to carry it out.
IF he gets elected, his first order of business should be to issue directives to EVERY agency that failure to carry out the mission as described by the CIC and Dept. head is punishable by termination.
