You can't be PC and be in a war. The only way to engage is to wipe out the enemy or get unconditional surrender, like we did with the Japanese. No negotiations. No talks. SURRENDER OR DESTRUCTION. PERIOD.

Something like that will never happen as long as there's this perceived safety in "global organizations of good guys (TM)".
Once those organizations are more widely viewed as useless, and are disbanded, then will anyone have the gonads to dispose of rogue nations.
