All those canning jars you see in my second picture are various levels of homemade sauce, ranging from "a teaspoon on some eggs is great" to "three drops in a bowl of chili may be dangerous". The really hot ones are graded X (quite hot), XX (beware), and XXX (oh shit you really need to beware.)
